Thank you for shopping with Christy Creative! Because every product is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
All Sales Are Final Each item is custom-produced at the time of purchase, which means we cannot restock or resell returned items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@christycreative.shop with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
