Return and Refund Policy

Physical products

We accept returns of unused physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

To request a return, contact us at hello@christycreative.shop before sending the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Digital products

Digital downloads are final sale after delivery and are not eligible for return or refund. If a digital file is defective, inaccessible, or incorrect, contact us at hello@christycreative.shop so we can provide a replacement or refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing an eligible return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
